Weekend barbecue - Fish

This weekend we will be grilling again at Bistro Orlík, and it won't be just any grilling, because we will be grilling directly with the designer and manufacturer of the Vulcanus grill Ondřej Kovář.
We start already on Friday and we will offer you mainly fish and how else but from local farming in organic quality from clean Šumava waters. The fish will be precisely boned, so even those who don't eat it because of the bones need not worry and can taste it. Even the biggest fish haters will find something to eat, as pork neck or halloumi cheese will also be on the menu. Prepare your taste buds for an extraordinary experience at Orlík and come. We will grill arctic char, rainbow trout and catfish.

On Thursday, our day at Orlík will be pate.
We will offer pasties from small Czech producers for tasting. In this way, you will be able to try, above all, the delicate pâtés from Melememaso, which stand out for their delicacy. The menu will include truffle, goose or, for example, duck calvados. On Wednesday, we were not lazy and stocked new products from the great family company Nikoleta Maria as well as delicacies from Zachs' pesto, so don't hesitate and come. Of course, there is delicious Puro Gelato ice cream, excellent coffee, desserts and much more.
