Sustainable catering from local ingredients is a great way to provide guests with top gastronomy while supporting local farmers and producers. At our on-site events, we always talk about the food, products and ingredients from their production. Catering in our concept is not only a pleasure for guests, but also a perfect experience.
What does sustainable catering look like in our concept?
- We use as much seasonal, environmentally friendly and above all local ingredients as possible
- By shortening our supply chains, we reduce our carbon footprint
- By purchasing raw materials and products locally, we also support the local economy
- We avoid chemical additives, we prefer eco, bio and fair-trade brands
- When preparing food, we minimize waste, we do not use plastic, etc. unnecessarily.
- We have high quality standards = we only serve healthy and balanced food
- We use stylish dishes, in the case of disposable dishes, only those made of eco-materials
- We pack gift packages in eco-boxes and eco-bags, the wool filling comes from the surrounding area
We simply try our best to ensure that our business respects the concept of sustainable development , which is based on 3 pillars, namely economic, social and environmental. At the same time, we also promote this way of thinking and business management at catering events and in our bistro - we explain what, how and why, debate and communicate with guests.
Sustainable catering is high-quality, fresh and tasty
Do not worry that without preservatives and exotic origins, food from Czech production will not survive. On the contrary! They don't travel far, so they stay fresh and tasty. And since we only buy raw materials from verified suppliers, we can also guarantee quality (often organic).
Interesting fact: We have been buying Microgreens for a long time, i.e. young plants full of vitamins, minerals and nutrients, which makes them a very healthy and delicious food. And that, of course, directly from the growers from Zahrádka Blahobytu from Dívčice near České Budějovice.

Start by getting your ingredients from farmers' markets or stores that offer a local assortment. Do you live in a village? So take a walk around the neighborhood and get to know your neighbors. Why, for example, go to chains for eggs, etc.? Such local ingredients and products can also be vegetables, fruits and jams, meat and fish, dairy products, cheeses, honey, cereals, herbs and much more. All of this can be purchased locally. In this way, you will contribute not only to the local economy, but also to our Czech economy as a whole.
