Catering at the gala evening of the Česká Spořitelna Foundation
A gala evening for the guests of the Česká Spořitelna Foundation, where Ondra also introduced our new vegan corner for the first time. Guests could enjoy Rysa, vegan sushi, carrots "a la gravlax" and other specialties. We also offered guests homemade ravioli stuffed with Ricotta, served with truffle sauce or slow-drawn beef with cranberry sauce. Of course, there was also a selection of cheeses and cold cuts from small Czech farms.
