Birthday party in Winternitz's villa

On Friday, we prepared refreshments at a private birthday party in Winternitz's villa, which was built in 1931 by well-known architects Adolf Loose and Karel Lhota. The party was really successful and the guests were very satisfied with our offer, from which we choose: excellent Czech cheeses from the farms Držovice and Oldřiš together with jams from the Bohemian Paradise, crostini with slow-drawn turkey or grilled mushrooms and thyme or our homemade meatloaf from ripe beef with mustard sauce. The warm kitchen then offered: excellent grilled turkey skewers "Shawarma" or slowly drawn beef from the Kozohorský farm with lemon sauce or grilled Czech cheese Halloumi.
