Wedding reception in Trojan's mill
For the third time, we have returned to the beautiful premises of Trojan's Mill to provide refreshments for the wedding guests bride Veronika and the groom Vojtěch. Thanks to the beautiful weather, the wedding guests enjoyed the whole day outside. At noon, they could enjoy slowly drawn steaks from our kennel, Karlovy Vary dumplings, roasted turkey meat and grilled vegetables.
The cold buffet offered them: crostini with FoodIN rabbit Rillettes, duck pate, a variety of cold cuts and cheeses from small Czech farms, sandwiches with whipped goat cheese and much more. In the evening, we opened a menu from a food truck, where we offered a burger with minced meat, grilled vegetables and dressings, excellent grilled Halloumi cheese and, last but not least, sausages of our own production.
On the menu we also had draft beer from the Malešov brewery, our homemade lavender juice, a selection of rums, and a hit among the drinks was Gin Tanqueray London Dry with East Imperial Burma tonic served with cucumber.
