When catering, we bring our guests fresh, hand-sliced vegetables from small local farmers.
The vegetables prepared in this way retain as many vitamins and minerals as possible and, most importantly, remain juicy. The photo is from a wedding tasting, where we prepared for our guests a slowly drawn deer with cranberry sauce, turkey leg roasted on spring herbs, steamed vegetables and roasted beets.
