We serve the meat with your choice of three types of sauces. Wine, plum or rosehip. We prepare plum sauce from home-made dried plums and marmalade from Domácé dobrot, and rosehip from marmalade from our friend Jitka from Český Ráj, who handpicks rosehips herself in the vicinity of her factory. It was a compliment for us when Daniel Bárta told us that the meat and dumplings were excellent, but the plum one blew him away with its taste and balance. :)

Our goal is to make the wedding not just a normal pub thing. At the same time, we try to keep the traditions and cook from local ingredients. We do not offer the classic sirloin steak at weddings, but apart from roast beef, we can recommend, for example, roast deer roasted, stuffed with smoked meat from the Czech family Pršutérie or veal, which we roast with wine and our herbs.
