We cook with Bulleit Bourbon
FoodIN catering cooks mainly from local ingredients. In our menu you will always find meat, cheese, vegetables, juices, jams and fruits from Czech small producers. This time we used Bulleit Bourbon to highlight the taste of the meat.
We marinated deer combs from the Kozohorské family farm, which we then served with plum sauce from home-made marmalade, which was given the right flavor by a drop of bourbon.
And the result? You can see it in the May issue of Masooo magazine, where our František presented this specialty. We thank the Czech company Ultra Premium Brands , an importer and distributor of premium spirits, for their support and cooperation.
