Variations of local cheeses

At our banquets we serve various types of cheese from small Czech farms. We have fresh but also ripening, goat, sheep, cow and mixed. The cheeses have excellent consistency and taste.

We serve them with jams from our acquaintances from Hradec and excellent with dried fruit. Goat cheese in ashes is an absolute delicacy.

We make spreads from excellent Ricotta sheep or goat-sheep curd. But our cheeses also include larger classics such as Gouda or Emmental cheese Okáč.
