Variation of local cheeses

On our banquets we serve various kinds of cheeses from small Czech farms. We have fresh, but also matured, goat, sheep, cow and mixed. The cheeses are of excellent consistency and taste.

We serve them with marmalades from our friends from Hradec and with excellent dried fruits. An absolute delicacy is goat cheese in ash.

Spices are made from excellent sheep Ricotta or sheep's goat cheese. Among our cheeses, however, there are also larger classics such as Gouda or Emental Okáč cheese.
