This time, participants of the event at IKEA POINT on Wenceslas Square had an unconventional experience of quality local ingredients. The aim of this meeting was to address the issue of sustainability and the pursuit of joint environmental cultivation. It is a topic that is very close to us and therefore we are happy to be part of it. For our guests we prepared vegetable balls with roasted celery, delicious meatballs from matured meat from the family farm Kozohorské, baked carrots, great roastbeef with hollandaise sauce and various kinds of sandwiches, with grilled mushrooms, marinated carrots, lamb prosciutto or rabbit Rillettes. The sweet ending was then homemade waffles with fruit and apple pie with crumb made of oat flakes.
