We have prepared our guests, clients and friends Christmas Tartar from mature beef sirloin from Kozohorský breeding, homemade jelly from the knees of stew from Mangalica, a lot of homemade spreads, skewers, baskets with toasted camembert, salads, great sausages from South Bohemia and Litoměřice, cheeses from Central Bohemia and Žďárské Hills.
We also offered our guests delicious homemade cookies and drifts. They just ate and everything was full. Of course there was also Christmas decoration, which was taken care of by our Petra. We had lights, candles and ornaments everywhere in the Cihelna and Gallery.
