Czech homemade sweets, venison and beef meatloaf, veal sausages, beef sausages, smoked pork leg, this is only a fraction of what we offer in our catering from Czech ingredients and according to Czech recipes.

We rely on our catering to consist primarily of raw materials from small Czech producers.

In addition, in many cases we dust off our grandmothers' recipes. At Christmas, you can look forward to unadulterated homemade sweets made from Czech nuts, eggs, butter and jams. We also make sweets in various variations for weddings and celebrations. We can also offer you several "classic" mini-desserts, such as sweets, profiteroles and tips. We recommend our homemade cookies with chocolate, coconut, cranberries , white, cereal or hemp flour as part of smaller coffee breaks.

We can also offer you homemade cookies. Venison or "classic" meatloaf of our own production from meat from the Kozohorský family farm is the most popular among our guests.

Serve it with mustard sauce and cranberries either alone or in the form of a burger. Meatloaf is also very tender, only lightly spiced to enhance the taste of young deer. Veal sausages according to our own recipe are soft and beautifully crispy.

It is suitable for breakfast or in the form of a hot dog, which we serve directly from the FoodIN truck. We also offer a double hot-dog variant with veal sausage and Mergueze beef sausage, which is one of our delicacies. Smoked pork leg , which we prepare gradually and slowly at a lower temperature, is free of eggs, accelerators and other unnecessary things.

As soon as you taste it, you will know that our ham is different from the ones you can normally buy. We serve the leg either cold or grilled with vegetables and dressing in pita bread. From the beginning, our philosophy is to prepare meals primarily from raw materials that we buy from small Czech producers and producers, and we still adhere to that. Thanks to the connection with local producers, our catering has a story and added value. It is also always with a touch of homely atmosphere and "La Provence" style. For guests it is not only a pleasure, but also an experience.
