Quality catering from local ingredients

We are pleased that even at the beginning of the year, there is a real interest in our quality catering from local ingredients. The order, which pleased us, came from the Ministry of Transport. Yes, they appreciated our concept of preparing meals from local ingredients there as well.

We were given the task of taking care of refreshments at the event of the meeting of the Ministers of Transport of the Czech Republic and Austria. Quite a challenge, isn't it? And what was on the menu?

For example, slowly drawn deer leg with plum sauce and semolina gnocchi, homemade greaves and delicious sausages from Novakov, cheese from small local farms, our homemade pancakes with jam from Domáci Dobrot and also great gingerbread from our friend Jana.

We then chose the wine from the Volařík and Štěpán Maňák wineries. And the reaction? Here is:
