Catering with local added value ingredients, this time for Porsche. Guests could enjoy vegetable frittates, hummus, mini burgers with our homemade meatloaf and other delicacies we served them on concrete dishes from Gravelli. For the warm kitchen we first used ceramic dishes from Emile Henry. In the roasting pans, we have prepared for our guests: a stewed catfish with vegetables, roast beef from its own breed and vegetarian musaka. All vegetables, meat and cheeses are originally from the Czech Republic from small local producers.
