For the penultimate September week, we prepared evening catering and refreshments for corporate parties on the terrace of UP21 sro. Everyone enjoyed the last hot sunshine, a pleasant atmosphere and great food. The grill was served with a slice of sagebrush and spit from the family Prsuterie, Halloumi cheese from the Struma farm, pork cara and a broth from the Czech biofarm. Bunch of roasted pumpkins filled with spelled, cheese and nuts, vegetable salads and variations of cheeses and sausages from Czech farmers were also prepared. At the bar, a barrel of a dark lager from Malešova was laid for guests.
