Catering and refreshments for corporate parties

the penultimate week of September, we prepared evening catering and refreshments for corporate parties on the terrace of UP21 sro. Everyone enjoyed the last warm rays of the sun, the pleasant atmosphere and the great food. A turkey slice with sage and prosciutto from the family Pršuterie, Halloumi cheese from the Struhy farm, pork loin and catfish from a Czech organic farm were served from the grill. Baked pumpkins stuffed with spelled, cheese and nuts, vegetable salads and variations of cheeses and sausages from Czech farmers were also prepared for bite. A barrel of dark lager from Malešov was bumped into the bar for the guests.
