For the third time, we returned to the beautiful area of the Trojan mill to provide snacks for wedding guests the bride of Veronica and the groom Adalbert. Thanks to the beautiful weather the wedding guests enjoyed the whole day out. At noon, we were able to enjoy the slow-to-diggings of our breed, Carlsbad dumplings, roasted turkey meat and grilled vegetables.
The cold buffet offered them: crostini with FoodIN rabbit Rillettes, duck pâté, a variety of sausages and cheeses from small Czech farms, canapés with whipped goat cheese and much more. In the evening, we opened a menu of food-trucku, where we offered a burger with minced meat, grilled vegetables and dressing, excellent grilled Halloumi cheese and, last but not least, own sausages.
We also have a draft beer from the Malešov brewery, our home-made lavender juice, a selection of rum and a hit among the beverages, Gin Tanqueray London Dry with East Imperial Burma tonic, served with cucumber.
